1. Counsellor/Coach

Camilla van Meggelen is a registered Counsellor and Coach of LVSC (Dutch National Association of Supervision and Coaching)

2. Pricing

The rates are indicated on the website www.cvmcoachcounsellor.com

The session is charged on an hourly basis unless otherwise agreed upon with clients.

3. Cancellation / Missed Session Policy

If you cancel the scheduled session before 48 hours’ notice, it will be free of charge and can be rescheduled without cost. For cancellations made after this time or sessions with no-shows, the full session rate will be charged.

Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice. Any fees paid in advance for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, except in cases where less than 48 hours’ notice is given for a session cancellation.

4. Frequency of sessions

Appointments will be arranged based on the client’s and counsellor’s availability. Depending on the client’s needs, appointments can usually be fixed weekly, bi-weekly, or at other frequencies.

6. Invoicing and payments

Each session is billed at the end of every week unless otherwise arranged.

Invoices are sent via the client’s email address unless otherwise arranged.

Invoices are to be paid in full within 14 days from the invoice date.

Payment will be made via bank transfer in EURO to the designated bank account as indicated on

the invoice.

7. Medical insurance

Camilla van Meggelen is not currently affiliated with any insurance companies. Although your session fees cannot be reclaimed via your insurance package, working with an independent mental health practitioner gives you much greater flexibility and freedom in meeting your specific healthcare needs. You don’t need to receive a particular mental health diagnosis or be confined to a specific treatment plan as indicated by the insurance companies, if any.

Please note I do not prescribe any medication.

7. Confidentiality

The content of our sessions is confidential. You must know that the sessions are private, so you can freely talk about your thoughts and feelings.

Limits to confidentiality:

There are legal limits to confidentiality and disclosure of committing or intending to commit criminal offences, domestic violence, suicidal attempts or based on the Child Protection Acts.

I work with my counselling/coaching supervisor regularly to monitor and improve my work. In these sessions, all discussions regarding clients are undertaken anonymously and confidentially.

Sometimes, I may need to contact the client’s GP or other professionals. This would be done with the client’s permission and would be discussed in the session prior to any contact.

Sharing the content of our discussions on social media is not permitted.

8. Online sessions

Should a client choose to have online sessions, sessions will be held via the Google Meet platform with encrypted end-to-end protection. All our conversations will remain private and will not be recorded.

9. Process

The first consultation is 30 minutes (no charge) and will be held via phone call. The consultation is for the client and coach/counsellor to share information about how they can work together and to determine whether the client would like to begin sessions.

After the first consultation, a plan of action is agreed on, and the first session is planned.

Throughout the process, the coach/counsellor plans the sessions to best suit the client’s needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not responsible for any decisions made by the Client as a result of the coaching sessions.
